Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Our Commitment to You At Desert City Wellness, we value your time and the time of our dedicated staff. Our goal is to provide timely, high-quality care to every client. When appointments are canceled or rescheduled without sufficient notice, it prevents other clients from receiving the care they need and affects our nurses' schedules.

The Policy To ensure we can serve everyone effectively, we require that you reschedule or cancel at least 1 hour before your scheduled appointment time. We understand that emergencies and unexpected events occur. However, providing notice allows us to open that time slot for another client who may be waiting for treatment.

Cancellation Fees Cancellations or rescheduling requests made after the 1-hour window (less than 1 hour prior to the appointment) will incur the following fees based on the service booked:
