This classic soothing massage involves rhythmic strokes along with soft, long kneading strokes which encourages a deep relaxation, reduces pain, improves body awareness and creates a sense of overall well-being.

Hot Stone

Massage

Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation.

It stimulates blood circulation and lymphatic drainage, helping to break down fatty deposits for a smoother, more sculpted body shape. Results may vary and multiple sessions may be needed.
