The Botox treatment itself is quick and straightforward, typically lasting around 15 to 20 minutes. The practitioner will clean the treatment area and apply a topical numbing cream if desired, although many patients find the tiny injections tolerable without it. Botox is then carefully injected into specific muscles in the face with a fine needle.

After the treatment, you can return to your regular activities immediately, although we advise avoiding strenuous exercise for 24 hours. Some patients notice a change in their appearance within 24 to 48 hours, but it usually takes about one to two weeks to see the full effects. Follow-up appointments will be scheduled to monitor your progress and adjust the treatment plan if necessary.
